  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep anywhere in the UAE.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
